How each tool counts accounts
Before comparing prices, check what an “account” means on each price list. There are three models:
- One subscription per account. ManyChat connects one Facebook Page, or one account per channel, to each ManyChat account, and bills each one separately with its own active contact limit.
- Accounts included in one plan. Komently, LinkDM and ReplyRush include a number of accounts in each tier. Komently counts Instagram and Facebook together; ReplyRush counts them separately; LinkDM lists Instagram accounts.
- A workspace per account. CreatorFlow gives each Instagram account its own workspace, and its DM allowance is per workspace.
Moderation tools use a fourth model: CommentGuard includes unlimited Pages and bills by comments processed, and NapoleonCat bills by profiles and users.

Komently’s 5 accounts are a combined total: three Instagram accounts and two Facebook Pages use all of them. Beyond 5, Pro adds accounts through the account add-on, billed per extra account. ManyChat’s figures are before contact overage, which each account accrues separately above its 250 active contacts.
Figures come from each tool’s own pricing page and help center, checked on 28 September 2026, at monthly billing. LinkDM and CreatorFlow count Instagram accounts only; CreatorFlow does not support Facebook.
What matters besides the price
Running several accounts, especially for clients, raises questions a single account never does:
- Are leads kept apart? Check that an export or a webhook tells you which account each lead came from, so one client’s list never lands in another’s CRM.
- Is reporting per account? Client reports need DMs, clicks and leads for one account, not a blended total.
- Who connects the account? On the official API, whoever administers the Instagram account or Facebook Page signs in through Meta’s login. Plan for that step with each client.
- Does the team get its own logins? Seats and roles vary widely, from none to per-plan user counts to paid extra seats.
- Is the allowance shared? On plans metered by DMs or contacts, one account’s viral post can use up the allowance the others rely on. Check whether limits are per account or per plan.
