Setting up an automation
ManyChat gives you a canvas: triggers, message blocks, conditions and actions connected by lines. It is powerful, and for a long qualification flow with branches it is the right tool. It also means a comment-to-DM campaign takes a template or a few minutes of wiring, and a teammate has to learn the canvas.
Komently gives you a form: pick the post, type the keyword, write the public reply and the DM, toggle email capture or follow gating, save. There is no canvas to learn, and the same form handles Facebook Pages. For branching conversations you hand the follow-up to AI with a one-line instruction instead of drawing branches.
