Connect Zapier

Zapier connects Komently to Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Slack, and thousands of other apps. The bridge is Zapier's Catch Hook trigger: Zapier gives you a URL, Komently posts each lead to it, and your Zap takes it from there.

Before you start

Set it up

1. 1

   Create a Zap with a Catch Hook trigger

   In Zapier, click Create → Zaps. For the trigger, search for Webhooks by Zapier and choose the event Catch Hook.

   Copy the webhook URL

   Zapier shows a URL like https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123456/abcdef/. Copy it.

   Add it in Komently

   Go to Integrations → New webhook, pick Zapier, paste the URL, name it, and save.

   Send a test lead

   Open your new webhook and click Send test lead. Back in Zapier, click Test trigger — the sample lead appears with all fields ready to map.

   Add your action and publish

   Add an action step (e.g. Google Sheets → Create Spreadsheet Row), map the fields — you'll see them as Data Email, Data Instagram Username, and so on — then publish the Zap.

Good to know

• Zapier prefixes the lead fields with Data because they live under the data object — that's expected.
• Keep the Zap on; a paused Zap still accepts requests but does nothing with them.
