How account limits work
What “5 accounts” means — and how Instagram and Facebook count together.
Short answer: your plan's account limit is a single combined total across Instagram and Facebook — not separate allowances for each. Any mix counts toward the same number.
It's a combined total
When your plan says “5 accounts”, that means 5 connected profiles in total, in any combination of Instagram professional accounts and Facebook pages. Each connected Instagram account counts as one, and each connected Facebook page counts as one.
The formula
Instagram accounts + Facebook pages = your total. That total must stay at or under your plan's limit.Examples (on a 5-account plan)
- 5 Instagram + 0 Facebook = 5 ✅
- 3 Instagram + 2 Facebook = 5 ✅
- 0 Instagram + 5 Facebook = 5 ✅
- 4 Instagram + 2 Facebook = 6 ❌ (one over — disconnect one or upgrade)
So you're free to go all-Instagram, all-Facebook, or any blend — it's your choice, as long as the combined count fits your plan.
