Extra accounts add-on

Add more Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages beyond your plan's limit — who can, what it costs, and how it works.

If you manage more brands or clients than your plan's account limit allows, the extra-accounts add-on lets you connect additional Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages — without moving to a different plan. Extra slots count toward the same combined Instagram + Facebook total as your base plan.

Who can use it

The add-on is available on Pro (including Lifetime/Founder) and Lifetime Tier 3 plans.

Currently enabled on request

We're rolling the add-on out gradually. If you don't see an Extra accounts section on your plan card in Settings, email support@komently.com and we'll switch it on for your account — usually within a day.

How pricing works

  • Billed per account, per month — choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly is cheaper per account).
  • Volume discount: accounts that take your total beyond 15 bill at a lower per-account rate. Lifetime Tier 3 starts with 15 included, so every add-on account is already at the discounted rate.
  • Live quote before you pay: pick a quantity in Settings and the exact charge is shown before checkout — no surprises.
  • Up to 300 accounts total per workspace.

The add-on is recurring — on every plan

Extra accounts are an ongoing subscription, including for Lifetime and AppSumo plans. Your base plan stays exactly as it is (a lifetime plan stays lifetime) — only the extra slots renew.

Add extra accounts

    Open Settings

    Go to Settings and find Extra accounts on your plan card.

    Choose quantity and billing

    Pick how many extra accounts you need and monthly or yearly billing. The card shows your new total and the exact price.
  3. 3

    Pay and connect

    Complete the secure checkout — your new slots are available immediately, so you can connect the additional accounts right away.

Changing or cancelling

  • Increase or decrease anytime from the same card — changes take effect immediately.
  • Cancelling never deletes anything. If the add-on ends (cancelled or a payment lapses), you get a 7-day grace period. After that, automations on accounts beyond your plan's limit are paused — your oldest-connected accounts stay active, and all automations, contacts, and history are preserved.
  • Everything resumes on re-purchase. Paused accounts pick right back up when slots are available again.
